Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation by email, SMS, or phone once your order is accepted.

Delivery Time

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3-5 working days
Other cities and remote areas: 4-7 working days

These are estimates. Delays may occur because of weather, courier issues, public holidays or events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

[Flat shipping charge of PKR 299 per order. / Free shipping on orders above PKR 4500.] Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier companies, including [TCS / Leopards / M&P / Trax / PostEx].

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by [email / SMS / WhatsApp], so you can follow your parcel on the courier’s website.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you are unreachable or the address is incorrect, the courier will usually attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. After that, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra shipping charges may apply. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or contains the wrong item, take photos or a video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue under our Refund & Return Policy.
