1.1 The Fankar brand, Website and products are owned and operated by Fankar.
1.2 You must be 18 years or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
1.3 You agree to give correct and complete information when ordering and to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

2. Products

We try to show our clothing as accurately as possible, including colours, sizes and fabric. Small differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting or fabric variation. Products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us by email or message.

5. Payment

We currently accept online payments only (debit and credit cards). Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. Card payments are processed securely through the payment gateway of Meezan Bank Limited. We do not see or store your card details. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

6. Fraud Prevention

We may verify payments and customer details, and we may cancel suspicious orders to protect you and our business. Any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Processing times, delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Once your order is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will help follow up with them.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

These are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing info@fankarofficial.com. After dispatch, our Refund & Return Policy applies. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, and any payment you made will be refunded in full.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including the Fankar name, logo, designs, images and text, belongs to Fankar. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fankar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this Website or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
